The Research Associate Program is designed to foster integrative
information technology and management research. IBIT Research Associates are
faculty members who have demonstrated excellence in scholarship and in
creating knowledge relevant to businesses.
Eligibility
Open to any PhD qualified person who holds a tenure track appointment at an
institution of higher learning.
Selection Criteria
- Evidence of excellence in scholarship via the
publication of peer review articles
- Commitment to produce integrative IT management
research that is academically rigorous and of potential practical value to
industry.
- Collaboration with colleagues within and outside your
discipline. Collaboration with colleagues outside your discipline is highly
desirable.
Term
Responsibilities
- Attend a research workshop at Temple University, Fox
School of Business or lead at least one workshop on a selected topic of
interest
- Publish at least one peer reviewed article in a
reputable conference or journal
- Submit at least one article to the
IBIT Working Paper
Series
Resources
- A minimum $1000 expense account per project to present
above work at peer-reviewed conference or to attend conference at Temple.
The account value may be increased depending on the project.
