Mandviwalla, Jain, and Banker recently
received a grant from the IBM Center for The Business of Government for
their project titled Government as catalyst: Can it work again with
wireless internet access? The final report will be available in
September 2006. (May 2006).

Professor Youngjin Yoo of Case Western
University will be joining IBIT as a research fellow in Fall 2006.
Professor Yoo is a recognized expert on broadband mobile applications.
